Best thing about this application are the templates providing different formats for document styles. Also allows to create documents without having to carry around the address.

#17 Playing around with PBWiki

Not planning to graduate from Wiki school anytime soon. I loved the potential of this resource however I would need lots of practice and tutoring to use this effectively. Entering into the domain of the technologically challenged. But determined to rectify the situation

#16 Wikis

I thought wikis were a great way to share information and communicate with borrowers I particularly liked these two:

SJCPL Subject Guides – a pathfinder wiki developed by the St. Joseph County Public Library system

oBook Lovers Wiki - developed by the Princeton Public Library

I guess the only caution is about the reliability of information.

#15 Onlibrary 2.0

This self pased learning journey has been interesting and varied. I'm sure when I've had a chance to reflect more I will find this a useful and valuable experience. At present I am a little overwhelmed by the number of profiles one needs to setup in order to exist in the virtual world.
